Our experience has been very good. The carers are always courteous and polite, considerate of personal privacy and are always prompt. From first to last contact the staff have been exceptional. During the COVID lockdown, we were unable to visit Mum so they were our eyes and ears. They genuinely wanted to get to know Mum and us to tailor her care. They often went beyond. We have been so thankful for their professionalism, kindness and friendliness. I really could not fault them, which in today’s society is rare. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else looking for a care package in this area.
